Storage and Disappearance data updated by month. Storage is usually out around the 20th of the month and disappearance data is released on or around the 25th of the month. This is the best 'hard' data for supply/demand from the USDA as the disappearance is always a 'net' figure based on dairy products production and inventory, which are usually fairly accurate figures. |
